Reisner und Frank is an independent engineering and consulting firm with 23 colleagues at two locations. We plan gastronomy – strategically, technically, humanly.
With us, you are closer to it all: to decision-makers, to real projects, to the kitchen. Our aim is deep expertise without silo thinking – and a working environment where responsibility starts early.
Our working model
We are a presence-based company. Good planning and consulting is created through direct exchange – between colleagues, with building owners, with the people who will later work in the spaces. Working from home is occasionally possible, but the office is our shared workplace and the place where projects are created. Office days are agreed, not dictated.

Strategy, feasibility, gastronomy concept, economic viability, operator search – all before and alongside HOAI.

Locations
We work at two locations: with our office in Bretten near Karlsruhe (Hermann-Beuttenmüller-Straße 14, D-75015 Bretten) and our team base in Gräfelfing near Munich (Bahnhofstraße 83, D-82166 Gräfelfing near Munich).
While Bretten tends to focus on specialist planning, our consulting team is primarily based in Gräfelfing. At the same time, we work closely together across locations and always think about projects holistically.
Both locations offer a professional working environment with modern infrastructure and also enable flexible, location-independent working. Thanks to good public transport connections and amenities within walking distance, both offices are conveniently and attractively accessible.
