Our services begin before the first plan and do not necessarily end after opening. We combine business management consulting with technical specialist planning – and can also provide each individually.

HOAI+ – our extended approach

The German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) divides planning projects into nine service phases. We accompany these phases completely – and extend them by an upstream and accompanying strategic consulting as well as a downstream operational coaching. We call this integrated approach HOAI+.

A classic engineering firm ends at the edge of HOAI. We start before and do not stop afterwards. This is what we mean by HOAI+:

  • Before HOAI phase 1: analysis and strategic consulting – what should the gastronomy actually achieve?
  • HOAI phases 1–9: Complete specialist planning for kitchen technology in accordance with HOAI.
  • During and after HOAI phase 9: operator search, coaching and controlling during ongoing operations.

Specialist Planning for Commercial Kitchen Technology

HOAI-compliant engineering services in service phases 1–9. Including tendering in accordance with GAEB and EU regulations, coordination of specialist trades, construction supervision, commissioning.

We are neither a dealer nor a kitchen manufacturer nor a supplier. We do not sell equipment, furniture or fit-out items. We plan them, tender for them and support the procurement – manufacturer-independently and objectively.
